Completion Agreement

• By proceeding with this survey I confirm that I am the person to whom the email invitation was sent or that I am a colleague or authorised agent of that person and will include my name and my company’s name in my responses.
• I understand that the views stated by me are in no way binding upon myself, my employer, clients or their clients, employees or agents
• I understand that the questions asked cannot be taken in any way as an expression or indication of views, likely outcomes, predictions of future event or actions or obligations.
• I understand that the information within this survey, both the questions and responses, are private and confidential data and that the data is owned by my employer and the client of Dry Hill Ventures Limited (DuplexIR) that sent the survey invitation subject to any restrictions I may select with regard to anonymity and whilst DuplexIR maintains a record of it upon its system
• I agree that DuplexIR has the right to use the data in a anonymous, blinded form for the purposes of improving the quality of its product and service.
• I understand that DuplexIR is governed by English Law including the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR 2018. The data remains private and confidential but DuplexIR will abide by its local legal obligations to provide information to regulators or authorities where and when so required. DuplexIR may also access the data for the purposes of dispute resolution with the permission of the relevant parties.
• I understand that DuplexIR is under no obligation to retain or maintain the data for me, my employer, my clients, or their clients, employees or agents and DuplexIR may delete the records without prior permission.
